Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

- All original tags, packaging, and invoices are intact.

⚠️ Please note: Slight variations in color, print, or texture are natural due to handcrafted processes and screen differences and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@kayarang.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Share your order number, issue details, and clear images/videos of the product.

3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days.

If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged by KAYARANG or reimbursed. For all other approved cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or a refund (as per eligibility). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

International Orders

At present, returns are not accepted on international orders unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
